“Dialogues” was composed for Baltic Sea Festival Lab in Stockholm, where academic researchers and composers collaborate in a medium that combines science and music. The composition is centered around Carolin Seiferth’s doctoral research on climate change related water scarsity challenges on the island of Öland. Carolin has written a text describing her research, which the musicians follow during the performance.
